Where Your Baby Is Known, Loved, and Learning Every Day

Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a big deal. At The Clubhouse, we don’t take that lightly. Our Club Baby program serves infants from 6 weeks to 16 months in a warm, small-group setting where caregivers truly get to know your baby — their cues, their routines, and what makes them light up.

We work closely with families at our Farmington, Oakdale, and Rosemount locations to build schedules that mirror what’s happening at home, so your baby always feels a sense of consistency and calm.

Supporting Every Milestone, Big and Small

From tummy time to first steps, our caregivers are trained to recognize and support each stage of infant development. We create opportunities every day for physical growth, early social connection, and cognitive exploration through play, language, and movement. Our qualified caregivers nurture your baby and support them in achieving milestones like muscle development, reaching and grabbing, crawling, standing, walking, eating table foods, and transitioning to a toddler cup.

We prioritize caregiver consistency in our infant room because we know how much it matters for babies to feel safe and recognized. When your little one sees a familiar face every morning, that’s the foundation everything else is built on.

What Does a Day in Club Baby Look Like?

Every day is thoughtfully planned around what infants need most: connection, exploration, and gentle stimulation. Here’s a peek at what your little one might experience:

  • Sensory Play – Babies learn by touching, shaking, seeing, and exploring. Sensory bottles, textured mats, and hands-on activities give little ones a safe way to discover the world around them.
  • Baby Sign Language – We introduce simple signs to help babies communicate before they can talk. It’s a game-changer for reducing frustration and building early language skills.
  • Music Time – Shakers, songs, and silly sounds. Music is woven into the day because it supports brain development and, honestly, babies love it.
  • Story Time – Read-alouds happen every day. Early and frequent exposure to language and books is one of the best things we can do for a baby’s development.
  • Weekly Themed Art Projects – Yes, even babies make art! Sensory-safe projects change weekly, so there’s always something new for tiny hands to explore.
  • Fresh Air and Outdoor Walks – When the weather allows, we take outdoor walks so babies can soak up sights, sounds, and a little sunshine.

The People Caring for Your Baby Make All the Difference

Our infant room staff are experienced, dedicated, and genuinely passionate about working with babies. Many of our caregivers hold accredited Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials, a nationally recognized certification in early childhood care. We keep our ratios low, so your baby gets real, individual attention every single day.

Club Baby is Part of Something Bigger

Even our youngest members get to join in the fun. Babies participate in spirit weeks and dress-up days alongside kids throughout the building. It’s a small thing that families love — and babies don’t seem to mind the extra attention.

You’ll Never Wonder How Your Baby’s Day is Going

We send daily updates on diaper changes, feedings, and activities, plus photos, so you can stay connected even when you’re apart. Parents tell us these updates mean the world to them during those early months back at work.

Flexible Scheduling and Meals Included

We know that no two babies are on the same schedule, and no two families have the same needs. Club Baby offers flexible scheduling options designed to work around your baby’s natural rhythms. Once your baby starts solids, meals are included, so one less thing to pack and one more thing done right.

What Our Club Baby Families Say

Miss Val works closely with us on tracking our daughter’s milestones and ensuring she is experiencing an enriched learning environment daily, whether it’s through creative projects, unique toys to hone her skills, or physical activities to build strength. She is quick to answer questions and provide insight on topics we are less familiar with. Miss Val is an absolute gem!
